It took me about 2 months to acclimate myself to three 75mg caplets/day. The bad dreams are gone but still have more dreams than normal,the drousiness(sp) is getting less with each dose it seems, The facial pain has all nearly gone but the deep down jaw pain is still with me. I'm still not convinced it is TN. It does, however, have all the symptoms other's have stated as being TN it seems but still awfully uncomfortable at times. I'm schedulein for a sit down withe neuro guy next week for a chat and hopefully some reasurance that things are doing what is expected.
