Getting to grips.

I feel finally after a good few weeks that I'm getting to grips with my life after a few months of depression, but today all I've wanted to do is cry.my life is amazing, but i feel im just heading towards a breakdown, and I don't want that,as I know I have so much to live for.does anyone know of any drop in centers in the north west, namely preston, that can help me at any time of the day or night, just to have that safety net really,as I know I can always go to the hospital if things got too much, but i dont want to end up on a psyc ward or anything.I feel i have a better grip then I did when i had depression, but like I say,I feel I'm heading for a breakdown where it all gets too much.

Are you taking any treatment at the moment, and how long have been having problems in total?

Im waiting for a phycyratist, but it could be another six or seven weeks... Which is quite a quick response from what I've been told.I'd say beginning of December and end of November is when my symptoms started to concern me,

Six or seven weeks is really good.

I think you have done very well to hold on since December and your appointment is not that far away, so do you think you can hang in there until your appointment?

I've got a list of Psychiatric services for you in the Preston area but because of Moderation rules on this forum I will have to send you a private message with the details.

You will have to check each one out yourself by either phoning the numbers that I provide, or Google them.

I think that maybe GP at the hospital is the best bet, but when you get the list you decide.
