GH PAIN, what can I do?

I was diagnosed with GH 2 days ago. OB started 3 days ago. They gave me antivirals, norco, and antibiotics bc I also have a severe uti. The word “pain” is an understatement when I have to pee. It makes me nauseated and I have to coach myself through it. I avoid drinking fluids so I don’t have to pee. Which I know is unhealthy but the pain is unbearable. I am taking AZO for the uti pain and the dr recommended Vaseline for the blisters. I also take s bath in oatmeal, salt, or plain warm water at least 3 times a day. What else can I do to make urinating less painful? When will it scab over?

I have type 1 but mine lasted about 10 to 12 days and I cried for 15 minutes each time I had to go potty. I'm taking meds now so the chance of a bad outbreak will be slim to none. It's been almost a year and I've not had anything else other than a little itching here and there which may or may not have been an outbreak. It was a huge price to pay for wanting to be loved.

Unless bacteria was found, the "UTI" is likely from herpes. It's a common first outbreak symptom, especially in women. Either way, best suggestions are to drink plenty of water, pour water down below when peeing, and soak your outbreak in a shallow bath of Epsom salts. Ibuprofen might also help alleviate some pain.
