Just to say -: Changed e-mail address and now "inactive" so unable to keep up to date with all my posts etc. I have e-mailed Chris but have not received link as yet. I hope you are all as well as can be expected. Phil is getting better by the day. Hope to reduce preds down to 12.5mg. on Sunday. Trying to take it easy until then, to give me a good chance of succeeding!!

So good to hear from you over here on Pat.Exp. and especially to hear that both you are Phil are doing well. Good luck with the proposed reduction on Sunday - you've probably already read the advice to have an easy few days following reductions whilst your body adjusts to the new dose.

HI carolk - sorry to hear you are not adjusting to the new layout. It might please you to know that we are planning in the next set of updates to these forums, so in the next few weeks you should be able to see some of the features back such as smilies and a 'remember me' box when you log in. Once we know more about timescales, I will post an announcement.

Had a very active day with Grandaughter Keira Lily, 2yrs 9 mths she's adorable, we love her so much, she brings a ray of sunshine to our lives, she's so excited with the news that she will be having a new Brother or Sister later this year, bless her, she certainly lifts my spirits when I'm down.
I will now wind down for a few days, before and after pred reduction.
