I had unprotected anal sex and I’ve obtained Balantis. This happened about a month ago and I used Monistat to ease it away and it did for about a 2 weeks. Mind you I only used it for 2 days, not the full seven. Around the time I used the Monistat, that was the first time I pulled my foreskin over the tip of penis ever and I’ve recently turned 18. Since the burn started back up about a week ago, I pulled my foreskin over my head again for the second time since the first. I didn’t keep trying to loosen it like I was supposed to so it’s still extra tight and I can’t get erect when it’s over. I went to sleep with my tip unveiled and went to school in compression boxers and two hours later the ring right below the head had became inflamed and swollen, making it impossible to shield back over with foreskin. It hurts and there’s no sign of deflating, and I’ve had to suppress erections all day. Please help. I have no insurance and can’t see a doctor.
Balantis*
It sounds like you have phimosis as well as balanitis.
This should help with the balanitis:

(written for doctors)
Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.
The phimosis might be more of a problem, though since you're only 18, it may well just fix itself. Gentle stretching fixes most cases, and you could also try a steroid cream eg 0.5% betamethasone
Since you're talking about not having medical insurance, you're probably in the USA, and Wiki says this:
"In the United States and Canada, betamethasone is mixed with clotrimazole and sold as Lotrisone and Lotriderm."
If your foreskin is trapped below the glans (the head of the penis), and you are unable to put it back with cold water and manual pressure, you should seek urgent medical attention. Go to ER if you have to.
From that second link:
Paraphimosis
This occurs when a tight prepuce is retracted and then unable to be replaced as the glans swells. This is a urological emergency.
