So I've noticed that there's some white like shedding going down stairs. I'm not sure why? It mainly happens when I stop using clotrimazole. Could it be a fungal issue? and input anyone?

No I haven’t had sex in over a year and I’ve been using it since last may
My understanding of ALL antifungal treatments is that they should ONLY be used in the relative short-term, not on an ongoing basis.
If there is a need to apply it constantly either you are dealing with the wrong issue and the clotrimazole is ONLY providing relief from this, or, you are constantly exposed to a strong source of fungus / yeast - if this WERE the case you would most likely have skin issue elsewhere, at least in your groin, if not elsewhere on your body at the same time.
Are you able to see a Dermatologist?
