Glans balinitis?yeast? Something worse?, please help I'm at wits end

good evening, so I've had a problem with my penis for coming up on a year now. I was initially diagnosed with thrush and tried to treat it with OTC creams however it never went away, fast forward to 4 months ago I moved to I think the name is hydrozole? and it clears things up however when I stop using it my penis ends up dry like this and the process starts again. I'm at my wits end, I can't just keep applying creams to me penis every day. I have lost all confidence when it comes to talking to woman because I can't have sex in this state. right now my glans is dry in texture, with some little red spots. I practice good hygiene and shower regularly (only washing my penis and glans with warm water, patting it dry afterwards) please anyone help if you can or have had similar experiences. I will be getting another STI/STD check when I can asap. Thank you

I’m in a very similar situation.
I’ve visited 10 docs, ZERO IDEAS. Just one talked about possible lichen sclerosus, but other 9 said no. I’ve took all the SDT tests, all negative. I have enterococcus on my penis head diagnosed with a swab, but docs say its normal. I honestly dont know that to do, it remains to take a biopsy to understand.

  • Have u done SDT tests?
  • This situation started after sex or oral sex?
  • Do u have burning sensation or itching? Or its just dry?
  • The doc that visited u was a dermatologist?

the last time I was tested would have been about 6 months ago, which was all negative and that was not with a dermatologist. I will get tested again in about a week when I am home from work.

The situation started after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend who had thrush and I think we kept re-infecting eachother.

I have no burning/itchy sensation at all, it seems to look much better after I have taken a shower (I’ll attach another photo)

More or less the situation is the same, it seems there is no solution. Some doctors that I visited said that my skin was damaged by the past infection (yeast or maybe bacterical) but I’m so damn confused. I was scared about lichen sclerosus, but docs ruled it out, but not too much clue.
The last doctor I visited talked about a possible infection because my girlfriend had stafilococcus aureus and she has been treated with antibiotics, but not me.
Leaving my penis alone seems that skin is recovering, but dont know from what, honestly, I will try to get a proper antibiotic treatment.
The last dermatologist was pretty sure about an infection in the prostate.
