Glans discoloration? Any advice?

ive had this for 2-3 months, unprotected sex with gf..
i noticed that when my penis is erect i dont see any of it but when its flacid you can tell its there and its bothering me.. been to urologist and derma.. both said its fungus/candida.. ive applied two different creams for two weeks and no improvement so far, no pain, no itchness at all, it dossnt get swollen.. its just there
any help will be really appreciated.
