my glans seems redness in the middle area, and I can’t find out the reason. It was more obvious after showering. Can someone please give me some advices or suggestions? Thank you.

you need to visit dermatologist or urologist.
So when you say after showering that could be part of what is going on: when the sensitive skin of the penis is compromised (the redness and other irritation) you need to look to what the skin is in contact with.
So, do you use soap and things like shower gel directly on your penis, to either wash your penis with when not showering, or / and when you are showering?
The other thing you need to avoid is hot water contacting the skin on the head / glans of your penis
Can you clarify:
- are you circumcised?
- what age are you?
- are you currently sexually active?
