I have this “stain” on the glans about 7 years ago, now it is a little sensitive, what could it be?
(I have no secretions, if I have sex it turns a little red, normal blood tests)
Ive got something similar going on. It is very dry and almost sunburnt looking. The Dermatalogist said it was - Irritant Contact Dermatitis, but nothing has helped yet. I have also tried treating it as balantis, but havent seen any response to the cream i have. I will keep you updated if something helps.
