hi, i need an opinion, i’ve tried locoid the first time it appeared and at the time it resolved… but it camed back in about 2 months and my doctor prescribed elidel… this cream works very fast… but if i spot using it the spots come back… i dont have any symptoms, only redness around the area… they seem to be on both side but one is bigger area then the other =|
the spots dont hurt and doesnt seem to have something inside but they are very small.

The spots are a natural part of you penis - more than likely they are Pearly Penile Papules, but there are several other natural spots they could be.
You DO NOT treat them - simply leave then alone - they are part of the sexual maturation process.

What you may have going on is that you have irritation that is coming and going depending on whether you are using treatment or not.
So as I say, the spots are a natural part of your penis and you may have irritation going on that is making them more noticeable.
You need to remove the source of the irritation - this is most often what the skin of the area is in contact with - what you need to do is the ONLY thing that contacts the skin on the head of your penis is water.
