For several days now I have had a glare and Halo from my right eye. I have a very bad left eye and for years now my right eye has been very dominant. Is this a symptom of a serious issue like a heart or brain problem. It can come on it's own or triggered by exercise. Does this usually cause headaches? please help. thanks.

The best thing I could suggest is go to a doctor. The one thing you don't want to do is diagnose yourself through google and worry yourself as I think we all do.
I doubt it is anything serious but just your anxiety making you feel worse.
I sure would contact an eye doctor if you haven't done that yet. Not everything is caused by anxiety. If the doctor says that nothing is wrong with your eyes, and if your doctor tells you it's nerves (anxiety), treat the anxiety.
Anxiety is a physical issue. Our nervous systems (or chemical messages) can send the wrong signals and that is a physical problem.
