Hello I’ve had globus sensation now since June 2023 so a long time I had an endoscopy around that time which saw some moderate gastritis and that’s about it. I was put on a PPI and I’ve been on this practically ever since. until recently I’ve had a lot of burping which is practically 24/7 unless I’m asleep. and a sensation of food being stuck in my throat. my GP upped the PPI dose but it’s had little effect on managing the situation. has anyone else experienced this problem and knows anything that caused it? obviously it sounds like reflux. but if a PPI isn’t having any effect then I’m not entirely sure.
