I had a random encounter with a woman with protection. I immediately regret my decision. 2 days after, I had a burning sensation in my penis but no STDs reported. 30 hours after the encounter, I started PEP drugs to prevent HIV as a precaution. For 30 days I took the PEPs and no bumps came up. On day 36, I went in for a blood test and a flu shot (2 days ago). On day 37, I masturbated and I noticed little bumps on the shaft ( yesterday) after I went to clean myself up. They look kinda oily. I didnt use any lubes so I dry rubbed. My penis didnt hurt when masterbating, but since then it’s been a little sensitive in that area. Please help!

i thought molluscum to they have a waxy like feel to them aswel mabe get them checked by a doctor if u notice more appearing thats mabe wat it is
or it may be nothing cause all these stds show up the first 20 days.pep has nothing to do with them.It is only for hiv.
did you do any test for hiv? I am on the same boat with you my friend.All those stds will drive us insane at the end.
why they gave you pep if you had condom?

I started PEP as a precaution. I wanted to be safe than sorry. I also read on google that studies show that PEP like Truvada can has a chance of preventing herpes as well, so I took it the day after the encounter. I took a blood test 2 days ago so now I’m just waiting on results.
sorry my friend but i know that doctors dont give pep for protected sex.Did you tell them that you had an accident with the condom?
if you had protected sex and no accident happened the hiv test will be negative.You have not to worry about hiv.
nope. I guess I was just fortunate to have a doctor that prescribed 2 PEPs for me despite that. I had vaginal sex and I know Anal is the highest percentage of contracting HIV so I SHOULD be ok wit not have HIV. The condom did stay on even after we were done. it’s just the fact of skin to skin that has me bugging out and the immediate regret of the situation afterwards.
I have the same anxiety with you about herpes.I think that i have been infected although no symptoms appeared and the blood tests were negative.
how long did you wait before you got tested?
i had no symptoms and i tested 53 days after the exposure.Blood test was negative.I visited two doctors.The first told me that he is 1000% sure i haven’t contracted herpes the second told me to wait for 15 days more and if nothing appears then to forget about it.But doctors on the net say that you may have herpes and no symptoms and the first outbreak will show up years after the infection.So, you know i am confused and i can’t believe nothing
some doctors say that you can get tested 3 weeks after the exposure ,others 4-6 weeks after ,and others 3 months after the exposure.

my pubic area touched and rubbed the pubic area of a woman without vaginal penetration.And she took my condomed penis in her hand.But condom covered the glans and part of the shaft not the whole penis.So i am anxious about a transmission from her hand and her pubic area.And as i read on the net afterwards, i discovered herpes.Until that moment i ignored this std.
