Can't handle the frequency and urgency. Was on 10 mg, should I step,down to 5 then off completely? Think I need to try something else. Amy suggestions with less side effects, at least not that one?

Definitely do not stop. Can you do 7.5 for a week or so ?
You will suffer worst than your urgencies if you just stop..
Nancy, have you gone to the doctor just to make sure you don't have a UTI? Frequent urination is one of the main symptoms.
Are you having to go every hour or so at night, too, or is it just during the day? If it's primarily during the day, I'd just white knuckle through it. It should eventually go away, but it probably will be gradual. Maybe write down on a piece of paper how frequent it is, so you can compare from day to day. Otherwise, it could be hard to tell when it's starting to get better. It probably won't go away overnight.
