I find if I go out alone to town or walk on my own my anxiety levels go up !! I can be alright one minute then the next I feel my heart going to stop and I feel I’m not breathing properly!! Then my heart starts to pound 😫 bloody hate anxiety
I know its horrible.
Have u tried cbt, mindfulness, yoga etc. These can be helpful . Drugs can exacerbate the problem as they did for me. Keep strong. Bloody anxiety/
I had this phase also, I didn't want to be anywhere by myself bc I worried if i had an anxiety attack and needed help nobody would be there.
But it changed eventually and turned opposite haha. Now I actually want to be alone, bc I'm afraid of having an anxiety attack and people seeing and thinking I'm weird.
Don't you love how anxiety changes just always keeps you guessing? -_______________-
