How can I drag myself to go out when I cant even pick up the phone to make an appointment to see my gp on Friday!
I cant go out in my nightclothes - I need to make myself get dressed first - cant get dressed until I have showered!
I keep getting up with the intentions to get ready to go out but before I know it I'm back in bed on my laptop doing nothing!
Self pity is a terrible thing!

Well not only did I go shopping I didnt get home until coming up for 6pm lol.
Whilst out I looked at various health food shops for some kind of herbal mix to help with sleeping but found nothing new! Most say not to be taken with anti depressants anyway!
What I did fine though in another shop (pound shop) was something called Tiger Balm!
2 small jars for a £1, so what did I have to lose and what is it for?
Wait for this one Katy & everyone else who suffers terrible muscular pain due to tension caused by anxiety or citalopram.
It is for muscular pains, you rub it on the affected area and it is supposed to help the pain.
I've just applied a small amount to my upper back and shoulders. It pongs!!! But it has defintely eased the pain.
Next I decided to look it up on the internet and found these reviews below.

Apparantly Boots Chemist sells it for about £5 a jar but as I mentioned I got 2 jars for £1 and it is working and has the same ingredients.
