What age are you? Are you sexually active? If so have you had sex or received oral without a condom?
What you basically have are either PPP or Fordyce spots on the glans / head of your penis.
I an not clear at all on how these are developing into a wound? Have you been scratching at them to try to remove them?

I’m 26. I am not sexually active. Last time yes I receive oral and haven’t use condom. I’m curious because when this small watery spots burst it became a wound. here is the update as of this time.

I guess I’m correct. I’ve applied clotrimazole overnight and so far some changes. The wound it actually healed.

You need to see a medical professional as soon as possible - DO NOT think this is repairing itself, when you have watery spots there is a major problem that is causing this.
Contact your GP / Family Doctor - or go to a major sexual health service provider or if you are in the UK there are also GUM Clinics, most of which are based at general hospitals.
You need the CORRECT medication for this as soon as possible
