Goodbye to all my knee friends

I just wanted to say goodbye before signing out from this group.

Thank you all for listening, for being there & just for getting it!

You've all helped no end & the advice & friendliness has been wonderful, thank you all. But I never seem to get time to reply now 'normality' has set in again!! So for this reason I am signing out for now.

Keep up the good work, spreading the word that TKR CAN be lived through & IS worth everything that goes with it.

I will hopefully return once my left knee is 'done'???? Still no appt before Oct.

Good luck to you all. Good healing too (to paraphrase Clive!! Sorry)

All the best to everyone.

Marilyn

How nice that "normality has set in again" for you. I hope to be able to say that soon. As I sit playing Candy Crush, waiting for my Norco to set in so I can sleep, as I waited until 6:00 a.m to take it...trying to see if I can do without yet... I realize I still have a way to go. But I am lifting up my water bottle in a toast to you, and your much earned normal. Congratulations Marilyn!

Will miss you, as i have missed Chris and your thoughtfulness. Good luck in the upcoming months.

All the best Marilyn and good luck with your next op. I must admitt I really enjoy this site as it seems the only place for genuine comments on Tkr

Bye bye!😊 back to your usual pace of life! Fantastic! Best wishes! X

So glad Marilyn that you are feeling normal again! I enjoyed reading all of your posts & good advice. Good luck with your other knee, hope it goes a lot easier for you. Take care and enjoy life! Dolores πŸ‘πŸ€—

Thank you for all your wise words over the last few months.  Normality is starting to set in with me too and I find myself not huddling over the iPad quite so much.  Enjoy your post knee life, go conquer the world😁

Good luck its been quite a journey.

Going to miss you but so exciting to see you have made it to normalcy! I too am looking for that to happen!

Good luck on your path and I hope your next TKR goes better for you. πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽŠ

Great news when the process has been completed and all is well. Good luck in the future and take care of your new lifetime friend

Come back now and then to let others know that TKR is not  pain and suffering all the time , people do recover and lead a normal life .
