GOPO and Flexiseq

Anyone used the above supplements and meds. what have been your results so far.

Tried the flexiseq didn't help my arthritis at all but I had reached the point where nothing was really working had tkr 6 days ago

Hi used flexiseq last feb when in goa. Thought it might help. Did nothing for me I am afraid. I was in considerable pain all the time. Since had knee replacement

I tried Flexible to relieve my knee arthritus. Did not help and I developed a rash. Turned out that I was allergic to it.

I tried flexiseq too and have just had tkr . I think you get to a point where you will try anything.If my other knee developed similar problems down the line I wouldnt bother with it

hi little update i have Chondromalacia Patellae and have been taking the Gopo for 3 days now. knees feel a lot better. keep you updated.
