Hi. I've noticed a red bump inside the tip of my penis. It doesn't burn or itch. There is also a kind of swelling at the entrance to the urethra. Does anyone know what this is? I have put photos for you to see.

The first photo shows a small intra-meatal wart. The other photos are difficult to comment on because they are out of focus. Also, check if you have warts next to the frenum?
