Can you please another photo, but in focus? It could be molluscum contagiosum. Check if your lesion has a central dimple, as in the photo below from Dermnet NZ.
Looks like moluscum to me as well, you probably had moluscum and not HPV in the first place (which is great news for you, moluscum not being associated with any cancers).
At the same time I want to ask Adhari’s opinion, in your photo I noticed this bumps going in a line, any chance he could actually have scabies, that line looks like an atypical burrow.

Scabies would typically cause itchy nodules on the penis, which would be larger than the ones in the photo; and, no, they don’t usually follow a track or line.

that scars are previous gw which were frozen last year
with regards of the molluscum one is located on the low tammy and another one on the upper groin close to the genital
it hasnt got much of central dimple btw
