I listen to loud music and now I got a high pitch sound in my ear constantly....how do I get rid of it?
Sadly, you can't. You've now got Tinnitus. It certainly can be caused to listening or being with loud
music over time. Stress can cause it too, or Eustachian Tube Dysfunction(blocked ears). I've suffered
a high pitched whistle for over 30 years. Eventually, the brain will learn how to ignore it. It's not the ear
it's how the brain is determining noise.
Tinnitus is a horrible condition. Google it and read to see what help is out there....usually sound therapy.

Could be temporary then. Try not to stress about it, you may find it will disappear as quickly as it came.
Phew, that's better to know If it was a short Burst of really loud Music, you could have ruptured an Ear Drum, but I think it would be a lot more painful. You could have just damaged it superficially, In which case it should get better on it's own. If you listen to loud music all the Time, the hearing loss is a little harder to recognise. If it still is bothering you in a Week, I would see a Dr.
Thanks for the good news 😀. Will pray for a week and hopefully it's goes down. I don't usually like loud music. I have booked my doctors appointment already to get it checked up in a week. It's on and off buzzing but mainly on. Will keep away from music and the loud printer next to me at work for
a week 😉.
Thanks for the advice. I was panicking at the start but I just do some yoga to keep my stress level don : )
If the ringing does wind you up, you could try having some background music/White Noise/Nature sounds to help keep the ringing from being the focus of your concentration. If you take any pain killers, try Ibuprofen, it's an anti-inflammatory. I hope you get some relief soon, I can empathise with how annoying the Tinnitus be and how crazy it can Drive you. Keep hydrated, and keep us posted on how you get on at your Check-Up Good Luck xx
I would suggest see a Specialist EENT doctor hope this helps
I would suggest see a Specialist EENT Doctor which I will be doing. I Have more problem, thumping and syncronizing with tinnitus, sometime I thought there's someone on the ceiling of my house jumping, I got scared then it's my ear realize doing it.. Horrible! I can't sleep and what I do is take sleeping pills, sometimes red wine or herbal alternative. Do research like i do most all the time for more information..
