I have been having red foreskin and red spots on penis glans for 2 months now. After urination I feel burning sensation for 10-15 minutes at the tip of penis. Had taken doxy and itranozole for 20 days but not much improvement happened. I am uncircumcised and 27 year old. I had protected anal sex for 20-30 second and unprotected oral sex. I took fulcunazole 150 mg for 15 days for alternate days (total 7 tablets). After it my condition improved. Then I consulted urologist and he said I should stop fulcunazole and that the redness is not prominent and it is alright. I did my urine culture before meeting the urologist and I got tested positive for UTI with e.coli.
I recently tested for Herps Igg and Imm by reading comments on this website. I got tested positive with HSV 1 IGG and negative for HSV 1 IMM. Also I got negative for HSV 2 IGG and IMM both.
Did IGG means I got HSV 1 long time back? As the reports state that IMM is for recent infections. Is HSV 2 negative after 11 weeks of possible exposure is reliable enough?
Please help me, I just lost my virginity and now these issues make me hate sex.
