Hi All, I have been asked by an employer to give consent to see my medical history. I want to know if previous fit notes (which would indicate sick days) are included in the record (even if that is requested by the employer)? Any input is greatly appreciated Thomas

It’s been many years since I applied for a job and I don’t know what country you’re in but I can’t believe that any employer could be allowed to ask such a thing.
