Age 65 years prostate is enlarged in size(4.2×4×3.8cm, volume:35cc) normal in shape and echotexture. No mass lesion.noascites,pleural effusion.
USG findings: grade 1 prostatomegaly
Residual urine volume:220ml.
Hormonal Assays: 816.1 ng/ml.
Please let me know the analysis of the above

I disagree with Lee. I have found much more help from this forum than the 2 uros that I've seen. People on this forum and the like are actual patients that can pass along valuable experiences. With that said, you have a mildly enlarged prostate (BPH). What symptoms are you having is more important than any analysis. Hank
