Jake's out of theatre, in ICU, awake and breathing unaided :D Op went really well and they didn't have to fit a pacemaker! We're just taking a break while he rests, Mum and Nannie are shattered but very, very relieved. Thanks so much for all the virtual support, so much appreciated. I may just sleep tonight.

Still in ICU but everything going well. Pain under control and I am so impressed with Jake's treatment. The NHS at it's very best! The PMR is on it's very best behaviour, managing fine on 3mgs. Thank you again for your support, sat for hours on a very hard and uncomfortable stool listening to bleeping machine, your lovely messages make me smile and feel comforted. I'll go before I get soppy :lol:
