ive already posted about whether i will still get surgery as piles have shrunk. pls see pic do they look bad enough to get surgery or do you think its just skin tags that are left? i dont want my surgeon to think im wasting his time
i would definately have the surgery pretty sure the surgeon would agree with me they wont heal by themselves! recovery is tough but well worth not having anything! Good luck

by looking at it i would try too have them removed ok. that you would feel alot better later on ok. but try too get it done and removed ok
