I have had PMR for 18 months. Pred 10mgms daily.

Yesterday morning I felt normal what a great feeling that was ....like meeting an old friend, back to usual state today but wonderful while it lasted.

Isn't it wonderful that we get those little sneak peeks on how it's going to be.  Maybe you overdid it a bit yesterday when feeling so great.

The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago - two days 'almost' normal (the first time in 3 1/2 years).  It really gives one hope, doesn't it?

Thank-you Diana. Yes I was pretty busy yesterday , but heyho I am taking it easy now that Wimbledon has started !!

Don't think I did, anyway stil have the joyous memory.

They are what as known as 'Jewel Days'  - just don't go mad as PMR can and does bite you back.   Just enjoy.

I had a day last weeK, when I suddenly realised I was walking normally, brisk quick walk!!  Back to waddling now!

You have to rest even on the good days, then they will happen more often.

Just enjoy!! I have days like that two. Just don't over do it.

Me too - love that lots of others are having them also.  Looking forward to more frequent "days like this"  I'm down to 4mg and about 13months into PMR and Pred
