just a quick tip. write a to do list everydY. im so scattered which causes more anxiety. to do lists gave me a sense of achievemwnt and grounding and helped me so much in my recovery. also gratefulness , ten thi gs evwrydH π

Funnily enough,I have just bought an Echo Dot for that very reason. I tick when I have completed task. Mind soothing
For me itβs the complete opposite, I make lists and create unneeded anxiety and pressure trying to complete them all.
Maybe I need to make a list that has self care on there? What kind of things do you list?
