so from reading Sparkles post green tea seems to help you lose water ??
is there a special one or can you just buy a \"green tea\" from Sainsbury's ?
also does it taste weird ?
you can buy green tea from most supermarkets and they are made by a variety of brands - tetley, twinings, clipper, store own brands and you can get plain green tea or they come with a hint of different flavours such as lemon, cranberry, grapefruit etc
personally i have tried plain and with cranberry and wasn't very keen, i like the lemon one a lot more but its certainly not as enjoyable as regular tea, i tend to 'chug' it down but its not bad. you can add sugar or honey to sweeten them but personally i dont like sweet drinks much so dont bother.
green tea really does work ive used it a few times to help weight loss i tend to buy the non flavoured de caff clipper green tea and it tastes ok bit funny at first but you soon get use to it xx
