Grey or white spot in penis

HI guys .
I have this grey or white spots in penis glans. its started single spot and now i have it 4 to 5 spots in my penis on both right and left side. i dont know how to get rid of this. im trying to keep my part always clean but that is not helping.

no.the spots remain same and staying 3 months since it started. i trying to keep my penis clean always and but its not helping.
