Greyish spot rectum?

have this weird spot on my rectum does anyone know what it is? only sore when touching not itchy either the white stuff is sudacrem

Hi, I am not sure but i guess i have a similar thing recently. I have two small spots (like a node) one is smaller than the other and I only notice it if i touch it. I can even grab it between my two fingers i have no pain and no bleeding and no redness with no discharge. I thought it might be hemorrhoids but i am not sure. Did you find out what is it?

Is it hard when you touch it? Mine is hard and it is like a very tiny node under the skin (anus).
