Anyone have any suggestions other than icing up a groin strain?
FYI…my friend thought he had a groin injury…turns out it was his hip. Try any over the counter ibuprofen pills.

I am not able to take ibroufen only paracetamol. I believe it may be a groin strain possibly. But had it around 3 weeks now. I had a similar problem when I had my hip done in September 2018 it took quite a while to fix.
