So I first noticed these spots around a year or more ago but it was not as bad and due to my age I procrastinated a lot and was too shy/scared to tell anyone so this is the place for me.
I’ve tried to do much research on this issue but so far I haven’t been able to reach a final answer and so I’m hoping someone here can help me. Over the last year it has slowly but surely gotten ‘worse’ and has spread over a larger surface area.
I have attached some photos for you to refer to and will be able to provide more if needed.
The spots have not caused me any pain or discomfort and has only affected me mentally in my confidence and so it would benefit me to get some closure on this problem and to know whether it is normal and common or if it is something that needs to be treated.

There are many different natural spots that develop on the penis, most on the shaft itself are Fordyce Spots, they can look different to typical pictures that you can search for online.
The usual situation would be that if you have never had unprotected sex then these would most likely be normal development.
If you have had unprotected sex best get them visual checked at an STI / Sexual Health Clinic
The other alternative is that some of them are small bodily warts
