Group of white bumps around the anus

Ive noticed little and grouped white bumps on the anus, they are itchy but usually not painful. I am super scared and really worried not to be anything bad. Could anyone tell me what they could be?

I know those pictures are really disgusting...

fingers crossed they stay, once you have the hpv strain it can return at any time though.
