Some background:
7 days ago (last weds), I had unprotected sex with a new partner. This continued the next day, and two days after that. The sex was rough to say the least; I was extremely dry and it lasted for well over 3 hours each time, with at least 2 times a night. The next day my labia was very swollen and red, and it was sensitive to touch. Throughout the weekend the swelling went down and eventually returned to its normal size, but 2 days ago I woke up to a sharp pain in my left groin and under my left buttocks. As I walked around and stretched it out the pain would feel better, and when I sat still it would tighten up again. And yesterday evening I noticed a small rash on my left buttocks towards the middle/bottom, not quite on the anus. This morning the rash has tripled in size, and it feels hot to the touch, not really bumpy. Although I have no bumps/rashes on my actual vagina or anus, I'm still worried this could be HSV-2. Also, about two weeks ago, I got a terrible cold sore on my lip (I believe from getting sunburnt and not applying products to skin) if that is anything helpful. If anyone has experienced something similar please let me know!
