I have had some spots/growths on the head of my penis develop recently, I have had a sexual encounter without a condom, the growths are on right on the hole at the top, and at the bottom of the head, the spots themselves are painless, but I have also had some redness on the tip which has caused pain. I currently have an STI test on its way, but I thought it would be worth checking on here. sorry for the poor pictures, I can try to get better ones if needed.
You need to do photo 2 again taken in bright daylight or sunshine for comment to be meaningful
Most sexual health or regular doctors / GP’s would treat you for the most common infections - so this would normally be antifungal treatment if you did unprotected vaginal, antibacterial for anal.
If you did both then you would need a combined treatment, potentially involving a steroid based combined antifungal / antibacterial.
If these were unsuccessful they would then look for other causes - but what I have described resolves the vast majority of these issues …
