Yesterday I felt something hard under my upper lip. I looked in the mirror and it appears a growth has formed on my Labial Frenulum? Is this something to worry about? It doesn’t hurt when my tongue touches it, but when I use my fingers to touch it, it burns just a tad bit.
Hey, I obviously can’t say for sure, but it could be a small papilloma, which i believe can occur anywhere in the mouth. I have something similar or the back of my throat and have seen an ENT about it, and that’s what She called it. she told me to ignore it and if it’s not bothering me to leave well enough alone. to put your mind at ease, might be worth getting it checked out…
