Growth on Penis Hole

Please can you see if you can help tell what this is in my penis hole. Doesn't hurt or leak, just popped up the past 6 months. Thanks for help in advance

I am surprised you have waited this long pal i would have gone to see medical person straight away that looks sore and not good. Have you been to any medical place to find out? Hope its nothing. Have you been itching round that area or did something show up?

This does look kind of weird - obviously a growth of some sort if it was not there 6 + months ago. Should be straight forward medical procure to get rid of it, the question would be what has caused it in the first place. To someone life a Urologist these may be relatively common, but that is the Specialist you need to see to find out why it is there and what they can do about it …

Now just have 3 dots on my shaft
