This lump on the shaft of my penis have been there for months, doesn’t hurt/itch. Any ideas on what it could be?

Do you ever shave this area? Perhaps use an erection device, or something like that?
It may seem relatively simple but the only way to be sure of what it is would be to see a Urologist or dermatologist
