I've just noticed these weird looking growths. I have had 1 natural birth 3 years ago, and am currently 33 weeks pregnant. I haven't noticed this before but I haven't really ever taken a good proper look. I noticed there was a bit of a sting as I wiped after going to the loo, right by my vagina hole but couldn't see what caused that. then I saw these, and my partner hasn't ever noticed either.
