Hi
Have just been told that i have chronic gum disease - within a few weeks of dentist telling me all was fine. Thinks an infection has triggered. Feels like mouth is on fire. Anyone else suffering like this - any advice? Has anyone used a Waterpik flosser? If so, can you give me your views and details of the model you have?
Thanks
Maureen
Hi Maureen I sympathise with you this happend to me I found a supplement called cq10 and a high dose of vitamin C like a squeezed lemon each day will help, if you don't get it under control it will lead to peridontil problems like me. May I just ask are you menapause age and are you on staying at all. This info might help me. Good luck.
Hi Lesley
thanks for your reply - yep well into menopause, am almost 56, but not on statins.

Yes the water pik I would highly recommend. It truly is worth it
Also try the water piks that are cordless and don't have a big water reservoir attached, no need for it and takes up to much room.
The 2015 version professional rechargeable oral irrigation. I would do reviews on them. If you are going to use it for awhile, then it's worth the extra buck for the good ones.
Some water piks aren't so strong with the water pressure but I like the one I have. It's not to harsh but does the job. Mine has a small water reservoir attached, most of them do. I personally like the cordless one but that's just me. Just do your homework first before buying one. I always look up reviews before I buy anything, but sometimes you gotta just put out the money rather than trying to save a buck. Sounds like you should get a in between one, not the real small ones or the ones with huge reservoirs. Plus I don't like the way it looks in my bathroom the bigger ones, and if I put it away in the cabinet I'll never use it, mine is constantly out. I have really weak teeth so my oral hygiene I can't ever slack on.
Pursonic Is a great brand too, they have a great deal I just saw on Groupon.
Thanks - will look at that. On Amazon reviews just now - brain about to explode!
Can't see anything other than toothbrushes. Do you have the url?
I typed in top water pik brands and a image came up of a good one. I would write the most known Web search down, but this Web site won't allow me
I'll see if it goes threw. I went under Google and typed in top water pik brands
Suprised it was allowed. Anyway type in top water pik brands and when it comes up you will see pictures. Underneath that it says top ones of 2016 click on that alot of good ones and from Amazon
This is the worst condition. I have seen many patients who are facing this problem. I thing you must have to consult the right doctor for solving your problem.
