Gum recession/grafts

Hi

I’ve got quite bad gum recession on one of my molars. Has anyone had gum graft surgery on the NHS? Is this a thing?

I’ve got an appointment to see my dentist on Friday, are they the best port of call? I’m really worried I might lose my tooth.

You will not lose your tooth if you take care and consistently use mouthwash.
