Gut Problems?

It all started when I missed one day of sleep, turned into a week of bad sleep. I was stressing throughout the whole no sleeping process. I have been at reliving stress now coming back to my sleeping schedule for about 6 days now. The day I got heartburn, caused by tight pants, bad sleep, stress, hot wings, pizza; which was from one of the days I had bad sleep, caused acid reflux for about 3 days. After that I didn't feel it but everytime I ate it causes my thrroat to feel tighter or sometimes a lump, as well everytime i eat I feel like butterflies, moody, almost like depressed. It happens everytime I eat, lasting a couple hours. Also everytime I lay down or when I sleep I wake up feeling like butterflies throwing up. When it's gone I feel great but I can't consume my recommeded calories, i'm losing weight.

What do you guys think?

You are stressing about stressing and causing turmoil. The most usual cause of bowel probs is anxiety. It is psychosomatic and so in theory self curable. I'mnot by any means saying it's as simplistic as that, but, calming the mind is essential, the stomach is the 'seat of emotion' it's where you 'feel' first, Talk to yourself out loud if you want but divert your emotional state...I have been dealing with this for a long time and when I have uncomfortable thoughts I refuse to listen or use diversion techniques.. iy does work to lessen the symptoms. These problems can manifest for weeks/months and then suddenly go away for months at a time too. It's self management and positive thinking (as much as humanly possible smile If you feel you need something to calm you more ask your GP for help.

You are loosing weight Steve, make an appointment with your GP and explain your problems
