Had my 1st home weigh in this morning, only lost 4lbs! im gutted after all the hard work i've put in this week!
Don't know what im doing wrong, ive never gone over my fat allowance and had no side effects at all!
Any ideas anyone?

4lbs is brilliant....as long as it comes off, thats what matters. How many weeks was that after you last weighed in? I would be super happy with that, it is 4lbs less and is Fantastic!!!
I think what you are doing is good as the weight is shifting and that is our main aim..
Exercise, lots of water and eating healthy is all a person can do. I have swaped my tea for just boiling water and have green tea after dinner. Make sure your diet is varied too, cant eat the same thing all the time.
Other than that, I would be proud of myself with a 4lbs loss!!! How much were you expecting to lose??

Thanks for that, i suppose it is a good loss, ive just lost more than that in 1 week dieting alone before. I dont know what i was expecting really!
Think im definitely gonna try the green tea, lots of people have mentioned it on here. think i was just expecting a bigger loss for the 1st week as most people get a big loss first weigh in.
Never mind though, like you said its coming off and thats what matters!

dont be disillusioned that 4lbs a week is bad, most people are asked to loose that in a month on these so to do it in a week is good. bear in mind we are all different, some will loose more than others, we're different heights, builds and have different starting weights!
