Those look like fordyce spots or pimples. Have they been there for a long period of time without any significant changes?
they been there im guessing almost a month but it dosen’t hurt or itch
90% sure they are fordyce spots. I wouldn’t worry about them unless they grow or spread significantly. Not an STD or STI, just a normal part of your body.
any cream or something ? for the cure
The only “cure” is having them physically removed. Leave them alone and forget about them unless they are causing you a problem. The spots don’t change overtime and can’t spread.
