is this herpes or not. the quick tests were negative but have a cottage cheese smegma with an odor and 3 small white lesions. What is it???

i had BV which either triggered my first outbreak or made me more susceptible to catching it and having an outbreak. Do the lesions hurt?

They don’t hurt, I’m thinking yeast infection as the tests for herpes were neg?
