Hello! I had my first time (unprotected sex) with my boyfriend two days ago. I felt sore the next day but thought it was normal and it would pass, we had sex again (kind of rough) and now on the third day it hurts badly when I pee, leaks blood (lightly) and my lower abdomen hurts. I thought it could be a UTI but when I went to check myself and found this red sore? that if I touch it, is bleeding slightly. I don't know what it is.
