Hi all,
In November last year I was prescribed with 10mg for depression.
1 month ago I had my dose increased because I found that the 10mg didn't help; I'm now on 20mg.
Since I've been on 20mg, I've been vomitting after drinking alcohol at a party or on a night out. I haven't been drinking any more or less than usual.
Is this due to my dose being increased?
Also, I find that my legs get very twitchy in the night and I move them about and out from the covers when I am sleeping. Does anyone else experince this?
Hi Chelsea, you shouldn't be drinking on these tablets, read up about effects of tablets and drink on google, it will make you Ill.
Alcohol can make you feel worse ..twitching legs is a side effect of many a SSRI drugs

As angela states Cit and alcohol are a bit of a non no!!
I have been off Cit for six weeks now and was starting to fel almost human again so i tried a couple of evenings on a couple of pints of beer last week which has put me back to where I was three four weeks ago!!
Sorry but for some one of the many issues with the taking of this drug.
also as you say ther restless legs is another side effect which i suffer from !!I had got rid of it but again after returning to a moderate amout of alcohol i have had a couple of evenings of restless legs in bed again,
